データ削除手順

株式会社TAKARA AIが提供する「MagicPost」では、ユーザーのデータ削除リクエストを受け付けています。以下のいずれかの方法でデータ削除をリクエストできます。
削除されるデータ
- LINE ユーザー情報（ID、表示名、プロフィール）
- 連携した SNS（Facebook / Instagram / X）の認証トークン
- アップロードされた画像・動画
- 店舗情報、生成された投稿文
- 投稿履歴、予約投稿データ
- 利用ログ
削除方法 1：LINE 上での削除リクエスト
- MagicPost の LINE 公式アカウントを開く
- トーク画面で「退会」または「データ削除」と送信
- 確認メッセージが届くので、指示に従って確認
- 削除リクエスト受付の通知を受け取る
- 7営業日以内にデータが削除されます
削除方法 2：メールでの削除リクエスト
- 以下のメールアドレスに削除リクエストを送信:
送信先: zakkori747@gmail.com
件名: 「MagicPost データ削除リクエスト」
- メール本文に以下の情報を記載:
- LINE 表示名（または LINE ユーザーID）
- 登録時の連絡先メールアドレス
- 削除を希望する旨
- 当社が本人確認のため返信する場合があります
- 確認後、7営業日以内にデータを削除します
- 削除完了の通知をお送りします
SNS 連携の解除
Facebook / Instagram の連携のみを解除したい場合は、以下のいずれかの方法で解除できます。
Facebook 設定からの解除（推奨）:
- Facebook の
設定とプライバシー → 設定 → アプリとウェブサイト を開く
- 「MagicPost」を選択
- 「削除」をクリック
注意: SNS 連携を解除しても、本サービス内に保存されたデータは残る場合があります。完全削除をご希望の場合は、上記の「削除方法 1」または「削除方法 2」をご利用ください。
削除完了までの期間
削除リクエスト受付から、原則として7営業日以内に削除を完了します。法令に基づく保管義務がある場合、当該期間中は保管した上で、その後削除します。

"MagicPost," provided by Takara AI, Inc., accepts user data deletion requests. You can request data deletion via either of the following methods.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- LINE user information (ID, display name, profile)
- Authentication tokens for connected SNS accounts (Facebook/Instagram/X)
- Uploaded images and videos
- Business information, generated post content
- Post history, scheduled post data
- Usage logs
Method 1: Deletion Request via LINE
- Open the MagicPost LINE Official Account
- In the chat, send "退会" (withdraw) or "データ削除" (delete data)
- You will receive a confirmation message; follow the instructions to confirm
- Receive notification that your deletion request has been accepted
- Data will be deleted within 7 business days
Method 2: Deletion Request via Email
- Send a deletion request to:

Subject: "MagicPost Data Deletion Request"
- Include in the email body:
- LINE display name (or LINE User ID)
- Contact email address used at registration
- Statement requesting deletion
- We may respond to verify your identity
- After verification, data will be deleted within 7 business days
- You will receive a deletion completion notification
Disconnecting SNS Integrations
If you wish only to disconnect Facebook/Instagram integration, use one of the following methods:
From Facebook Settings (Recommended):
- Open Facebook's
Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
- Select "MagicPost"
- Click "Remove"
Note: Disconnecting an SNS integration may leave data within the Service intact. For complete deletion, please use Method 1 or Method 2 above.
Time to Complete Deletion
We will complete deletion in principle within 7 business days from the time the deletion request is received. Where retention is required by law, we will retain data for that period and delete it thereafter.
