株式会社TAKARA AI（以下、「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するサービス「MagicPost」（以下、「本サービス」）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

第1条（収集する情報）

本サービスは、以下の情報を収集します。

• LINE プラットフォーム情報：LINE ユーザーID、表示名、プロフィール画像
• SNS 連携情報：Meta（Facebook / Instagram）、X（旧Twitter）の認証トークン、アカウントID、ページID
• 店舗・事業者情報：ユーザーが入力する店舗名、業種、所在地、営業時間、特徴等
• 投稿コンテンツ：ユーザーがアップロードする画像・動画・テキスト、AI生成された投稿文
• 投稿履歴：投稿日時、投稿先SNS、投稿結果
• 利用ログ：操作履歴、エラーログ、アクセス時刻

第2条（利用目的）

収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

• 本サービスの提供・運営
• ユーザー認証および SNS への投稿実行
• AI による投稿文・画像の自動生成
• 投稿予約および定時投稿の実行
• サービス改善、新機能開発
• 不正利用の検知・防止
• ユーザーサポート・問い合わせ対応
• 重要なお知らせの通知

第3条（第三者への提供）

当社は、ユーザーの同意がある場合または法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。本サービスの機能上、以下の外部サービスに必要な情報を送信します。

• Meta Platforms, Inc.（Facebook / Instagram）：投稿コンテンツの公開のため
• X Corp.（旧 Twitter）：投稿コンテンツの公開のため
• LINE株式会社：メッセージ送受信のため
• Anthropic, PBC：投稿文生成・画像解析のため（AI処理）
• OpenAI, Inc.：画像生成・編集のため（AI処理）
• Google LLC：画像解析のため（AI処理、フォールバック時）

第4条（情報の保管期間）

収集した情報は、本サービスの提供に必要な期間、または法令で定められた期間、適切に保管します。ユーザーが本サービスの利用を停止した場合、合理的な期間内に削除します。

第5条（情報の保護措置）

• HTTPS による通信暗号化
• API トークン・認証情報の暗号化保管
• アクセス制御によるサーバー保護
• 定期的なセキュリティ監査

第6条（ユーザーの権利）

ユーザーは、自己の個人情報について以下の権利を有します。

• 開示請求：保有する個人情報の開示を求める権利
• 訂正・削除請求：誤った情報の訂正、不要な情報の削除を求める権利

本サービスは、認証維持等の目的でセッションCookieを使用します。広告目的でのトラッキング Cookie は使用しません。

第8条（未成年者の利用）

本サービスは、18歳未満の方のご利用を想定していません。18歳未満のユーザーが情報を提供したと判明した場合、当社は速やかに当該情報を削除します。

第9条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

本ポリシーは、法令の改正や事業内容の変更に応じて改訂されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス上または登録メールアドレスにてお知らせします。

• LINE Platform Information: LINE User ID, display name, profile picture
• SNS Integration Information: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and X (formerly Twitter) authentication tokens, account IDs, page IDs
• Business Information: Shop name, business type, location, hours, features (as provided by user)
• Posted Content: Images, videos, text uploaded by user; AI-generated post content
• Post History: Posting timestamps, target SNS, posting results
• Usage Logs: Operation history, error logs, access timestamps

2. Purposes of Use

• Provision and operation of the Service
• User authentication and execution of SNS posts
• AI-driven generation of post text and images
• Scheduled and automated posting
• Service improvement and feature development
• Fraud detection and prevention
• Customer support
• Important service announcements

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties, except with user consent or as required by law. The Service transmits necessary information to the following external services to provide functionality:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram): For publishing posts
• X Corp. (formerly Twitter): For publishing posts
• LINE Corporation: For sending and receiving messages
• Anthropic, PBC: For post text generation and image analysis (AI processing)
• OpenAI, Inc.: For image generation and editing (AI processing)
• Google LLC: For image analysis (AI processing, as fallback)

4. Data Retention

We retain collected information for the period necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. When a user discontinues use of the Service, we will delete relevant information within a reasonable period.

5. Security Measures

• HTTPS-encrypted communications
• Encrypted storage of API tokens and authentication credentials
• Server access controls
• Regular security audits

6. User Rights

Users have the following rights regarding their personal information:
